Swapping rare names is it possible?

So let's say i own a rare name, NOT a display name, but the real login name. Is it possible to swap it onto another account, if i change the name of the real login name, and use it on my other account as a display name? Hopefully you guys can understand what i'm talking about. thanks

Only display names can be swapped, actual logins cannot be touched.

 

You can change the first account's 'display' name(as it is not possible to change the login name) and once the 28 days are up since the change, you can put the display name on another account of your choice.

All accounts always have their 'login' name(the one you actually type to log into the game), but their display names(the name you see ingame, highscores, etc) can be changed.
