Hey eldorado my account was suspended randomly for no reason. Can you please help me out?

Dear Eldorado Staff Team,

I am writing to formally report an instance of impersonation and misuse of our brand name "Budgetrsaccs" on your website. We have built up this name through significant effort and investment, and it has come to our attention that someone is using it without authorization.

We have worked diligently for years to establish our brand in its current position. We are the owners of Budget RSAccounts, Budget RServices, and Budget RSBonds/GP. Across these platforms, we have over 7,000 members and thousands of reviews under our name.

Recently, two members have opened a ticket in our server asking if we were associated with the Eldorado account in question. We informed them that we are not, and we instructed them to report the user for impersonating us. Any negative actions taken by this impersonator could directly harm our reputation and business, as we are the legitimate owners and operators of this brand name.

I’m going to assume it just hasn’t been communicated to you guys yet?

I don’t understand how you can call me a person with a bad reputation and bad sales practices.

I still have 130/130 reviews and the only thing I violated from your words is

"promised to sell warframe items, but sold other games"

But no one asked me if I wanted to sell only them. I was asked "what are you planning to sell"

and I replied that I was thinking at that very moment. Can't I change my mind?

Where are the bad sales practices here?


I understand if I were a new seller with no reputation.
But I sell on other trading platforms. On GameBoost, iMeta, PlayerAuctions.
I also have a deposit of $5,000 on iMeta.
But you are blocking me for the reason “You deceived during registration when you said that you would only sell one game”
Nobody asked me about this. The appeal question is what are you planning to sell now. No one is saying that this is the only product you are allowed to sell.
