    y.. I have to setup port forwarding for akonadi, vnc, ssh, gaming, all kinds of shit..

    I built a bitchin media server that required me to setup prawt forwarding..

    I think you can port forward from putty pretty easily. I recall putting hostname then Connections>SSH>Tunnel being the selected options, from there it's source port to destination port.

    It's a program worth googling. Automatically sets everything up for you. I use it to host my MORPG.
