PayPal Verification - One Method Down.

This thread is to confirm that PayPal verification, using E-Trade Bank accounts, is not reliable.

Here is proof that it was given by Feren-Silver [unless its a coincidence that the last four digits match]:

Keep in mind that this was a fresh PayPal account, made from an IP not associated with any other PayPal accounts.
