    Hello, bought a maxed account from peanut services for 850$, paid 600$ upfront and the last 250$ was supposed to be paid within a month. However after a week the account was locked due to the suspicion of it being stolen to which i contacted Okami the peanut mod that sold me it and he had the “original owner” (not actual oo) recover it (somebody that probly bought the account and traded it in for another) after a month of dealing with terrible jagex support they finally answered saying he is not the oo and they wont be returning the account.

    Per their tos if the sold account is locked/recovered and the oo cannot recover i am entitled to a refund of the amount i paid and additional consessions.

    I would also like to clarify on specific tos wording. in their tos it says if recovery attempt was CONFIRMED to be by oo and still denied i will not be entitled to a refund. However the mod that replied clearly stated [redacted - IRL name - BB] (the guy that traded in account) was confirmed NOT the oo.

    The account is not disabled. The jagex account was disabled. If the account were disabled it would not be on the hiscores. As said yourself.

    I would also request that @Heywhatsup pay the $260 due on the account before this report moves forward. This can be held by the mod taking this report till resolution. This is to prevent @Heywhatsup running with a balance due if the report doesn’t end favorably for him.

    Im not paying the remaining balance when there was conflict with the account dating back nearly a month ago, There is no reason to pay you money when i am owed a 600$ refund

    this payment is in the same contract you are stating entitles you to a refund. We disagree on this. payment needs to be made this can be held by the sythe mod taking this report. If you are entitled to a refund you will receive that plus your first payment back. If you do not pay I would call it fair to say you are in breach of the contract. @Heywhatsup

    Yes however the contract was breached by you 3 weeks before the 2nd payment was due meaning i am by no means obligated to complete my half. If mods decide you are not liable i will complete the secone payment however it would make absolutely no sense to send it until a decision is made

    I highly disagree without you putting that payment with a third party there is no guarantee you will honor your commitment. You should have no issue providing this payment to a sythe mod.

    I’d cover the fees if that’s the case its only like $7 I’d rather pay the extra on the refund then have you free to skip out of the whole $260 if it doesn’t go your way.

    After reviewing all of the evidence in this report; It has been determined that @Peanut Services / @Okamikun will need to refund @Heywhatsup a total of $443, as they are unable to recover the account and per their ToS have a lifetime recovery responsibility.

    I will break this down into two main points and how the refund value was determined below.

    1. "Seller offers a lifetime warranty against Recovery / Locks"

    2. "Seller is not responsible for offences including a minor possibility of RWT ban for account trading" - The account was disabled, not banned.

    3. "No refunds are possible once account informations are passed on if the sold account is locked or recovered, the seller will assist with recovery if the seller cannot recover the account the full purchase price of the account excluding additional consessions will be refunded per this contract."

    4. "For jagex accounts if jagex confirms the recover attempt was by the oo but refuses to un disable the account because it’s compromised there will be no refund." - The email provided by Jagex confirms that the appeal that was submitted by the user who sold @Okamikun the account was not enough to prove they were the original owner of the account.

    The agreement was $850 for the account. @Heywhatsup paid @Okamikun $590 when the initial trade was conducted and agreed to pay an additional $260 on 1/21/2025.

    However, @Heywhatsup is ban evading @Karna with an active debt of 210m 07 gold from this report.

    The debt from this report was valued using our Pardon request gold price guidelines and amounts to a total of $147.

    In conclusion, @Peanut Services / @Okamikun;
    • Send the remaining $147 to the Community Repayment Fund to cover the active debt of @Heywhatsup which covers the remainder of the $590 payment. BTC address:

    As noted I believe sythe needs to amend some rules regarding jagex accounts, but we will process this refund in the next day or 2 once @Heywhatsup provides his wallets.
