One does not have to vouche for another, it all depends on if they feel the trade went good, and the other person deserves a vouche.

 

I think i can require a vouche, im new on forum and i need that.
Otherwise it can be also bad, i dont say "good".

Just so that you know: requiring vouches is NOT allowed. You are always able to exchange vouches for a legitimate trade, but you cannot require vouches for a service.
