F2P 1 def pure training, need tips!

So i have account with 40 attack and 71 str, 1 def and 70 ranged. All other stats are 1.

Where to train strenght? Where to train ranged? Atm im training my str up at cows next to crafting guild and ranged at varrock sewers, killing skeletons with sling.

Where should i go for better xp? If the spot is good for bot it is better

 

If you don't want to train defense, then I would suggest the Minotaurs, or Alkhadrid Warriors.

I'm not sure for range so I can't give any useful advice.

 

Goblins arent Bad at the goblin village above fally, other than that minotaurs is good, they just hit a bit hard on 1def.

I would range hill giants or lesser demons

 

pretty simple actually jsut get the autofleshcrawler pro from rsbuddy bot range and str there u get 25k an hour(250k xp a day)

 

go to experiments if you dont mind raising prayer a little, or the usaul rock crabs

OT: If you want train range you could do coach roach workers, if you attack them while they are in the little rooms they can't come out and attack you.

They drop arrows, so you can keep going for longer.

Get the dungeoneering bot for free from rsbuddy and do dungeoneering until like lvl 65, you should have enough tokesn for a gravite weapon and it will increase the price of your account by a lot
