As I mentioned in my previous DNT appeal, the person made a withdrawal from the site after their bet was canceled. Since then, he have not returned to our site.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:In the past, there were certain reports regarding gold withdrawals from our site, but we handled each of them, and it never led to a situation where we needed to be banned on Sythe. We have updated our cashier team, which is now performing excellently, and we no longer receive any complaints

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: In my opinion, the DNT was unfairly applied to us simply because we followed our rules. Additionally, neither party was harmed in any way. We refunded his money before the sports event began, and as soon as he saw that the event was canceled, he successfully withdrew his money without any issues. No one suffered any harm in this situation, so I believe the DNT should be lifted
