Depends on efficiency. First unlock some low defence bosses in the NMZ then go for a proslyte loadout with the fang/rapier and strength boosting gear in all other slots then you're looking at 95-105k xp/hr afk there.

Maniacal monkeys is generally the fastest way for ranged and magic, I can't remeber the exact numbers but I think I was doing around 250-300k magic XP and 600k+ ranged XP per hour. Can be increased using an alt to stack the monkeys but I didn't have an alt to do so and don't have the time to get one made up and through the quests to function as such.

The midgame grind for quests and the skills to do them will be the part which takes the longest but is worth doing for the unlocks.
