Does anybody remember the blackhole?

I've been reading and heard the blackhole was a place for banned players but players who weren't banned could visit with a disk of returning sold to them by the man in Draynor who also sells horses ect. What was it like there if anyone on the forums has been there? I heard it was taken out of the game because players tricked the unbanned to give them the disk trapping the unbanned and letting the banned out. Are there any videos/pictures with blackhole footage?

 

I went there twice when I had just started runescape. I got a friend to come and give me the disk of returning though and then he had to cry to jagex to get him out. Sigh the good 'ol days of runescape.

 

ive heard about the place but never been there. i didnt think the banned could log in and play in the black hole though i thought it was just a place where you could see those banned.

 

I was mega noob back in those days, can't really remember tho

I'd been there once it sucked, there were at least 30 people in there when I was who were paying like 20-50k for someone to get a friend to bring them a disk.

Why didn't you just make another account and buy a disk and bring it to your character?

 

Im sure the disk wasn't cheap ^.^

I remember the black hole lol I actually wish it was still there it was pretty funny when people got tricked into going there. xD They would cry like it was the end of life but if only they were smart enough. There is always a way out
