PayPal cash-out Method with a Debit Card.

Hey Sythe members! I put up a guide that I'm sure that would help many People who have lots of $$ on PayPal but no way of taking it out. I used to live in the U.S but now I'm in Jordan, My PayPal was a U.S PayPal and verified with a debit card, About 3 months ago the PayPal got limited. I stopped using PayPal and up until about a month ago, I made a Debit card and made a Jordanian PayPal account. I personally think there are some Features that are better than a U.S PayPal account.

There's one Main Disadvantage: You have a Pending Balance, Meaning; Every Payment you receive will go to your Pending Balance until PayPal deems you Trustworthy, Then All payments will go to your Available Balance.

A couple of days ago I sold an "item" and the buyer disputed the Payment after, The buyer closed the dispute like an hour after he had opened it. I noticed that the Money he sent me went to my Available Balance.

So In order for you guys to cash out some money without the need of a Bank Account, You make a Jordanian PayPal account and you add a Debit Card and confirm it. Then you send from your Other PayPal account "A" to account "B" and then You dispute the Payment from account "A" and then cancel the dispute, You then Withdraw your Funds to your Debit card. There's a $5 Fee.

You can withdraw up to $500 a Day.

    Pretty useful.

Well explained, but you are mixing your life experience into the guide to much, leave one part for your life story, and then make the guide.

Adding a bit more detail to the guide and going more in depth on the differences in account types would help the reader better understand what's going on :)

A proper layout with an introduction and labelled steps would also go a long way!
