Logging Onto My VPS

Hey guys so I just set up my first VPS and I attempted to run a bot, and it froze up and wouldn't close. So I logged out of my VPS, and I'm wondering what steps I need to take to log back in.

 

Open up putty, log in, and type in vncserver. That will bring your VPS back online.

If that doesn't work, then do this:

Log in putty, then type in vncserver -kill :1; and THEN do vncserver.

PM me if neither of those are your solution.

 

Your entirely unable to connect to your VPS via a VNC? If so, you could check the client area of your provider to see if there's a way to restart it. If there isn't, just submit a ticket (remember you'll have start the VNC server again in PuTTY).

Edit: Do what he said first. Just do what I said if everything is frozen when you connect through the VNC. I'm sure he knows more than I do.
