questions about buying gold

Hi,

I am a returning RS player, I've started a new account recently (a few weeks ago), and I want to get a head start by getting some cash (bonds are stupid expensive in my country, and Jagex blocks me from logging in their website over VPN to buy for Turkish/Brazilian prices). I'm f2p atm, but I think of buying 25-30M gold to get a bond and some starting cash (looks like 5-6 USD, compared to 14 for a month of membership and 9 for a bond).
I also have an alt account with a different Jagex account, and I play both accounts over NordVPN (on different laptops, with different IPs) - although I play the alt way less.

1) I've never bought gold before, is there a chance I will get permed on my first try (new f2p account, about 70 combat, 800 ttl)? I should note that alongside I made a separate third bot account that I used to earn about 2-3M and transferred it to my main before the bot got banned - I guess that is not enough gold to put me on the "watchlist", or is it? Do all accounts permed for botting get their trades reviewed?

2) Is it better to buy the gold on the alternate account (also f2p, combat 20, 200 ttl), let it sit for a few weeks to see if I get banned there, and then trade it to the main? If I get a warning or a temp ban, will trading the gold/items later to my main trigger a warning/ban on the main account?

3) Can you recommend any sites/sellers that don't collect personal information? I read reviews on Rsorder, Rsgoldfast, Partypete and other top google search results, but all require a photo ID, which I'm really not comfortable providing online like this. They also have the occasional "I got banned after purchase" reviews...

 

Don't bother doing anything over buying 30M, chances of getting caught are 0.00000000001%. Also if you get caught buying gold, first time they ban you for 2 weeks and remove all gold, but if it's in items, then nothing is removed, so spend the gold once you buy it and you should be fine with just a ban for a first offence.

 

For 30m noone is gonna ban you. No worries tbh.

My recommendation when it comes to buying gold is this if you are gonna buy gold, buy a lot at once so you won't have it buy gold again for a while. The reason why I say this is because you have stated that you have actually spent time and put effort into the account, which shows that you care for the account. Jagex also sees this on their end obviously. So in the chance that you do get banned, no matter the amount it could be 1m or 100m, you still are going to get temp banned for two days plus maybe gold/item removal. Now, they may not remove gold for the first offense, but temp ban might be 90% chance of coming in. I have seen some people getting warnings as well. It all depends on who you buy the gold from. There is also one more thing, if you truly like playing the game, don't taint it by buying gold. Because once u buy gold, you are going to keep buying it. Especially with what gold prices are currently at, it would make sense to keep buying it so the content becomes faster and easier for you in the game. We all have lives outside of this game, we just need a boost to speed things up.
