I'm willing to negotiate almost any skill besides dungeoneering and slayer.

The exp rate varies upon skill. The current going rate for training is 1m/3 USD per 4 hours of training.

Price will decrease as amount of hours increases, but beyond 4 hours the delivery of services will be delayed slightly; I don't just play runscape.
