nice account, however
1. if you spent 500m on herblore you would have a shit-ton more than 16m xp. herblore averages 20 gp/xp. 500m would have given you 25m xp. 500m spent on herblore is complete bullshit.
2. 150m+ is easily enough to get 99 construction. i call bullshit on that too.

Well before you say it's bull shit, you should read the post carefully.
Look what I have written under that..

I trained my herblore with overload potions from level 93 to 16M xp. That's around 8M xp, overloads were more than 40gp/xp at the time when I got 99 herblore. 40gp * 8M xp = 320M.. Add the money I need to get to 93 herblore.. That's even more than 500M

And for construction, Yeah I guess I didn't spend 150M. but I did spend around 100M. I used mahogany planks from level 60 to 92, that is around 5M xp, which is worth 75M using mahogany planks. Add the money I spent to get level 60 and add the money I spent on building the house itself (I have lots of glided things, and used magic stones in building some things too). It will add up to over 100M.

Do not judge people when before reading the post carefully and understanding it well. I already mentioned that I'm not gonna ask for high price because I spent so much money on the account.

If you calculate the money I mentioned that I spent on the account, and assume that 1M = $0.6, then I'd have written that I want $768+ for the account. But I didn't write that .. I wrote that I'm not asking for high price because of the money I spent on the account.

I am looking for only around $350 for this account.
