Explanation of the trade:
I bought one of his Phosani accn'ts for c. 40$ about 3 months ago. Trained invested etc. Went on a business trip, come back (gone 2 days) email or pass does not work (note i had changed this alongside email and also had in hands full registration email (created it in case of this bs).

How they scammed:

He recovered the account from original creation details (which he never provided) and took my stuff / account now has been made into jagex account and changed pass/authentication removed - no idea how tor recover it will all the details, my bank card was also linked to it and charged an extra month. Looks like a name change on account too and cannot search on hi scores.

I have contacted him via his ticket system calling him out, he asked for proof (which was fishy) or videos of me having access to original email (which i do) and shown him, he then proceeded to say he buys these bottled accounts from his 'seller' and added more fishy stuff which proved he still had details to the account.

I am not banned from his discord and cannot obtain any further conversations logs, which were on his support ticket

These have been the terms of service since roughly 12/7/2022 as the date is posted, and these were what they were at the time of sale.

 

Can I ask why my terms aren't a validation of the refund compensation time? It clearly states

1. We are unable to perform recoveries or unlocks as you are provided sole access to the account and registered email upon sale.
   
   
   These accounts are generated using EF Rotating Proxies, we NEVER have had or will have any recovery details for accounts like this. The buyer also had services completed on the account, as he gave the password and email to a third party - proof
   
   Also just another sense of who this buyer is according to his scythe profile.
   
   
   The buyer clearly has been a problem in multiple discords and scythe and I believe that the proof provided is ample to warrant no refund. While $40 is not a big deal obviously, the fact that scythe is unwilling to protect sellers in this case is quite odd especially with VERY clear terms of service.
   
   The buyer stated in his ticket that he attached 2 emails, a password change, and 2fa onto the account. The account in this case UNRECOVERABLE especially with 0 creation details saved with a rotating proxy.
   

The account name looks to be changed by the user quite a bit ago, and the name has since been on the highscores, showing that the account has most likely been banned for quite some time.


This user is clearly trying to get free accounts as this seems to be quite common for him and I hope this information helps. Also here is a screenshot of him saying he switched pws, emails, and turned to a jagex acc, not sure how you would want me to recover something like this, even if someone had creation details they aren't getting past that stuff, this user clearly either is lying, or was hacked by whoever did services, or it was banned due to botting.

"If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years."
