What to pay the farmers.
Oak Saplings. To grow Oak Trees
Farming Tools
Teleport To Varrock, Gnome Village, Lumbridge, Falador and Taverly
To buy More Oak Tree stuff
For crushing Birds Nests
For evil Tree's

 

Payments can be noted.
Get some fruit trees in there.
Put the rake with the leprechaun.
You don't need a watering can if you're paying the farmers.
Leave the pestle & mortar; waste of inventory space.
Tinderbox is ehh... if you're cutting your own logs, use it. Otherwise ditch it.
