Cashing out on rares?

Hey guys, I've got a Yellow Partyhat, and was wondering whether its better to sell it, or wait for the price to increase, then sell it. I don't want to wait years to cash out on this though. Was wondering if someone could give me a little advice, as I'm not too sure how to read the G.E graphs and predict the price hike/fall.

Stakers are hoarding the hell out of them
The Tainted Ones brought easily over 100B in the game from the ROW glitch with divine sigils and are hoarding tons of phats now.
There is supposed to be a dramatic rise soon.

 

This seems like the silliest information ever.

First of all the ROW glitch lasted about 15 mins. I doubt the tainted ones had any time to organize anything. I don't even think it's possible even with constant 1b drops to get over 100b in 15 minutes...

So your post is pretty invalid.


On topic though, I am keeping my phats, as they rarely go down.

 

100 is an exaggeration, but they brought in a ton.
I can name 5 friends of mine who stake non stop, and easily have over 20B in partyhats each.
And then there's sparc mac's bigbuffassmofo who is ranking in tons of rares and hoarding them.
It's simple to say that the partyhats just went through a slight crash, and soon will rise uncontrollably, crash slightly again, and repeat.

 

How does an increase in partyhat numbers increase the price? I would think that it would reduce they're street price.
Its sold now, but if its really worth it, I'll buy another one.

 

What they're meaning, is that when lots of people purchase mass p'hats, it increases the demand, while the supply stays the same, if not decreases, and therefore increases the overall cost of p'hats. The actual p-hat numbers don't increase. Just them demand for them.

 

Don't sell it, it will only rise in the near future; the supply of them has ceased - were as the demand will constantly rise.
