    The megascales were taken as you was refusing to give the amount deposited back to the original deposit method, having an active account being trained at the time limited my options of reprisal as there was a fear of retaliation against that account/funds currently in your control.
    At the start of the conversation I was clearly asking for a refund in $ amount imgur.com

    This will be my last reply till a mod request more info so we don’t just spam this thread, but fear of what? In this same time period I provided you ticket transcripts and told you we could take it to sythe at the time if you would like. I did not bully or force you I just offered you what I felt was fair for the circumstances. You had options to pursue it by other means.

    Account #1 - Level 3 skiller
    • @Deletesys20 agreed to the ToS which stated that @Peanut Services was not liable for bans during or after the service and that no refunds would be issued.
    • @Deletesys20 had accessed and traded gold to/from the account several times throughout the service.
    • The screenshots of the skilling progress that were provided do not indicate any form of botting by the worker.
    • @Deletesys20 admits to using bots on his accounts in the past, which leads the fact that I cannot rule out the possibility of him using them prior to or during the service.
    • There were a few skills that had not been completed when the ban occurred.

    Account #2 - Ironman purchased from @Okamikun
    • @Deletesys20 agreed to the ToS which stated that @Peanut Services was not liable for bans during or after the service.
    • The account's ban was successfully squashed.
    • The remainder of the payment for the uncompleted services to be rendered for this account were re-allocated to services for Account #1.


    In conclusion, @Peanut Services / @Okamikun will not be held liable for the account bans.

    Considering the ban on Account #2 was overturned, it is possible Account #1's ban could be quashed with an appeal as well. If that does end up being the case, @Okamikun / @Peanut Services would need to finish the work on the account that was paid for or refund the amount in services that had not been completed at the time of the Account #1's ban.

    There were a lot of price/order changes in this report, including the re-allocation for the unfinished work on Account #2 that was unbanned, however @Okamikun was not notified that this account had in fact been unbanned. Considering this, I will give you two the opportunity to determine an appropriate refund amount for Account #1's unfinished work. If an amount cannot be agreed to I will step in to assist.

    Hmm, are you disregarding the part where he has allowed another party to work within my account?
    Fine the account got unbanned (albeit only found that out today by checking the ban status for yourself, but unbanned non the less.)

    Fine, I shall pick this up with Okami in discord, however, I think this is setting a very bad precedent for Sythe.
    Sythe operates as the largest open black market for Runescape and knows what technology can be applied to a simple application to make it FUD to unsuspecting eyes.

    This server has had many complaints over the past few months (which I'm not saying is uncommon) but there is a running theme of complaints.

    I accept this judgement as you are acting as the intermediary in the situation, but this is poor.

    I addressed this earlier in the report. You were notified that his brother was on the account on day one of the order, many many months ago.

    If you had an issue with this, you should have addressed it then. It doesn't hold a lot of merit when you only bring it up 5 months later after an issue arises.

    Please let me know if/when an agreement on the refund amount is reached.
