There are programs specifically designed to pull off these "shows". Basically it's an interface with things such as "Ass" "tits" whatnot and when you click them the girl that your cam is portraying as does what you click.

Hard to explain but there are several programs that do this. They are usually quite expensive for a license. They also have the option to use multiple girls.
