I usually just smoke weed or clean my pipe and have some good thinkin time while doing it.

I go play some games to get my mind off anything that is getting me down. That or take my long board for a spin, every push brings a smile to my face

 

Roll a joint - smoking joints is so much more healthier and gives you such a better high, especially if you got some kill.

 

Hit up

 

Go to the shooting range. Drink (not at the same time), think about the people in my life I care about, Watch Tosh.O with my GF, sex.

 

Listen to some chilled music, game or hit the basketball courts.

 

alcohol (not alone, but drinking at a pub/party with friends is what i'm referring to)

 

Marijuana. Solves everything.

 

I smoke after a long day, try not to do it too much. Do things that are outdoors on the water, I like going on my dads boat.

I don't get sad too often. I usually can explain to myself why I might feel sad, and find a way to get past it either by correcting my mistake or leaving it in the past if it can't be corrected.

 

Hanging out with my family and friends, listening to music, and doing something out of the ordinary.

 

Smoking and drinking are depressors, and only give you a temporary/false good feeling. I like to exercise and hang out with friends. Both of those are really healthy and can change your bad mood into a good mood.
