    I believe it is because of my GFX card driver, because when not enabled, im getting around 5mb/s DL and once I enable it, I get around .37mb/s. I have no idea what is wrong.
    Heres my specs:

    RAM: 8191 Mb
    Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460, 1024 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: Total - 953766 MB, Free - 875288 MB; E: Total - 99 MB, Free - 70 MB;
    Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC., M4N98TD EVO, Rev 2.00, MT7009028200262
    Antivirus: None

    Wow what a beast computer.
    Anyways, have you tried reinstalling the driver? Is it up to date?

    Lol thank you, runs everything on max settings.
    Yeah I have used the up to date driver, and also the beta ones from NVIDIA's website.

    Feel free to add me on MSN: [email protected]

    Ahh I don't go on my sythe msn anymore. ahaha

    Try booting in safe mode, and see if the problem occurs.
    Check if everything else is up to date, windows updates, your motherboard chipset, etc.
    A reformat could work, have a crack at that when all else fails.

    I can only think of a couple culprits, bad dlink || driver (not rare with a64 windows). OR,.. it could potentially be your version of windows, (2nd worst) meaning your process table is going to get raped. could be hitting a trap in your IH.

    Although I'm 97.5% positively sure your issues has entirely nothing to do with your GFX card. 64bit windows can have a little trouble at times with it's drivers, as well it can't hurt to check out your 'net card driver.

    I would start by checking the physical connection between pc/modem. If that fails call your ISP. if everything is ok it's probably your system mishandling resources.

    Before, the computer didnt have this problem but it randomly froze, so I checked out the inside, and the PS wasnt plugged in all the way. Once I plugged it in, I reinstalled windows and had the slow internet problem. Im using a Gigabyte AirCruiser Wireless Adapter.

    When you reinstalled Windows, it may have become corrupt. I'd try reinstalling again, just to make sure.

    ---

    I had a similar problem with windows XP earlier, where websites wouldn't load fully / at all.

    I'm not sure if the following will help you, but it did for me on XP. (Not sure if Windows 7 has the same CMD prompt as XP)

    Start -> Run -> CMD -> netsh winsock reset

    Start -> Run -> CMD -> ipconfig/registerdns

    Start -> Run -> CMD -> ipconfig/flushdns

    Failing the above, try resetting your router.

    I direct you to sbhacker.net. Learn how to uncap your modem for up to 10x the speed you pay for, for free. It's not very easy and takes a reasonable amount of work, but it really is worth it. Soldering iron not included.

    Well then it isn' a dlink, or anything corrupted (from what I can tell); My guess would be the driver. or possibly the exact opposite of what I thought in the first place, a missing dlink and kernel object.

    2 questions::

    1) did the wireless card come with your computer?
    2) if yes to 1) ; what manufacturer and model is your computer?

    could get you large fines/up to 5 years of time in a federal pound me in the ass prison.
    People get (retardedly huge) fines/jailtime for breaking modems all the time..

    Guides are outdated anyway and won't be updated since your buddy from sb is in jail.

    Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
