    Which violation you are reporting the user for: Using multiple Sythe accounts (Mainly because he scammed using the last one, though no official report)
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Home IP match, Date of Birth match

    Having more than one Sythe account is not against the rules, given that they are not interreacting with one another and it does not appear that these two accounts have ever interacted.

    As you mentioned, there was no previously handled scam report made to support the accusation of scamming, so there is nothing further to adjudicate here.

    I do see that there is another active report regarding the alleged scam itself, and that will be addressed on that report.
