I thought it was safe as long as you sent it as gift ;O.

 

its safe as long as you take the necessary precautions.
Take pictures of trade, send as gift, add a note with payment.

You can't dispute when you send as a gift, but you can file the transaction as an "unauthorized claim" which reverses the payment as well, which is why people have tended to steer away from PayPal, or use intermediaries such as PlayerAuctions to make sure trades are finalized when completed.

 

That is ironic because if they are trusted then they generally known for not scamming and being TRUSTWORTHY.

Not really, I would like to see you win an unauthorized payment dispute, they are near impossible to win. So when it is easy for anyone that wants to commit fraud through paypal and be successful how does that make us dumb and paypal safe.

Just always trade with trusted people when using paypal so they don't chargeback.

This is terrible news for me.. I'm clearly untrusted and most of my funds are in PayPal. I think I'll have to start using WU as my primary source of payment, apparently very fast, trustworthy and people offer lower prices when using WU.
Is there any way to transfer funds from a PayPal account to a WU account?

 

Xfer to bank account, take it out, and just hand over cash to WU agent, easy.

 

its okay for small trades but not really that safe for big trades necause the buyer can claim his money back
