Explanation of the trade: Bought gold off the discord group Services OSRS. Currently blocked so cant provide link. Has several thousand members with 1k online at the time.
How they scammed: Aim was to buy gold, sent them the LTC for the amount i was buying. All seemed fine. They then gave me some bs saying they have to login to do the trade, i was very sus. but assured me it was to prevent RWT bans. Reluctantly i proceeded and gave them login, thinking it was okay since when trading rsns its a login service. They had my money and felt like i didnt have much choice. Then they asked to call me and screenshare the 'trade', then said to send them 500$ or they will drop all my untradeables, using the username Bruce, they then removed me from the main disc group and messaged me on a different disc account. Saying to send them 500$ or they will drop all my untradeables again. I had started screen recording at this point. then left a little while after them still asking for money otherwise they'd drop everything. at this point they had already taken my gold and other items.
I changed my details, but didnt notice they had connected accounts to steam. so they were then able to relog and take my rsn's and other wealth i put on the account thinking it was secure.
