    Hi All,

    I have had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Peanut Services since 29/08/24, during this time I have spent a total of:
    4.5b (first interaction) - imgur.com
    $75 LTC - imgur.com
    $700 - imgur.com - imgur.com - imgur.com
    $75 - imgur.com
    $275 - imgur.com
    97m - imgur.com
    And probably more if I looked through all of our chat logs but this is the majority iirc.

    To show for it? 2 banned accounts.
    The first ban was due to "Real world trading - Gold Farming" - fine no issue I'm obviously a little bit annoyed at the situation but I accept that I am breaking the TOS of Jagex. No compensation was given for this account that I had previously purchased from themselves for $300 and was in their full control (bar their workers off time where I was actively questing) within a month.
    I had to fight with them to get back my original work STILL OUTSTANDING to be used in other ways. imgur.com

    Now onto why I am making this report.
    I was struck with a Macroing Goldfarmer ban on an account that they have been working on since the first interaction, they are taking no accountability and saying that I am the one who got it banned as I am a user of bots on totally separate accounts.
    The worker that was servicing my account was a part of the Hydra discord and was a mutual server (other than the service discord and another service discord) we had, he has subsequently left the server (annoyingly I didn't save the screenshot) however I did call them out on it at the time (imgur.com).
    The same worker stating that he is not in control my account and "his family" is servicing.imgur.com

    I have tried to contact the worker on a few occasions while my account was active and online gaining xp (xp tracking websites confirm) and pinged on discord, actively followed my account calling its ign to no avail imgur.com until 15 minutes later.
    Another example where it took him 3 hours to even respond to the ping, tell me yes its fine, and then not do it so I have to ping again, at which point he tells me to wait 2 hours. imgur.com
    Upon my iron that I purchased from them being banned they provided screenshots: imgur.com which shows that I am trying to contact the account ingame, asking it to log off which coincide with the above discord chat.
    This also got mentioned in another thread against Peanut that wasn't related to a ban but the sentiment of the same worker still runs the same: Resolved

    Explanation of the trade: Macroing on a service paid for in various ways over a course of 3 months.
    How they scammed: Used macros on an account that was paid for services to be done by hand.
    Other relevant trade screenshots: Full chat logs from discord bot provided by themselves available by both parties at request.

    This ban did occur, however I am confident based one the workers work history that it was not a result of our worker.
    I believe this ban was caused by @Deletesys20 supplying his account with 150m gold.
    I assume he got this gold from his bot farm when he admitted in the ticket to botting for years.
    we will provide full transcripts/server access to the mod that claims this ticket.

    I did supply the 150m to the account, not from a bot farm but purchased from another server (can provide proof)
    Even still, the ban is for macroing not real world trade like the first banned account (which i'm not even making this report about)

    Also to add: Okamikun admitting that Fazeels IP/Region is flagged for gold farming (previous account ban, not this one but still relevant non the less) imgur.com

    All my previous botting bans have only ever been Macroing Major or Macroing Minor never a gold farming as i'm sure most botters will have the same experience of.
    Even so, it was never on a bot farm scale lmao.

    As per their TOS: 10. Orders are completed by my team of trusted individuals and are not just limited to completion only by Peanut.
    It states that it will be completed by a team of individuals, Fazeel was the one assigned to my ticket, if there are other people within his remit; why was I not informed at the start of the order? How can I trust that they are not utilising a 3pc on another PC or even IP?

    I also believe it should be Peanut Services replying on this thread as he is the business owner and ultimately responsible, as much as Okamikun is a managing admin, this could be a tactic to have no negative responses associated with the Peanut Services name.
    For example: Okami gets banned later on down the line for unrelated matters, another person is checking out the Peanut business and sees them in disrepute, Okami is the one replying and being negative; They may associate the poor practices with Okami and not the business themselves.

    August 29, 2024 - @Deletesys20 opened a ticket in @Peanut Services's discord server to have his level 3 skiller account trained with various skills/quests. @Deletesys20 agreed to @Peanut Services's terms of service.

    September 1, 2024 - @Okamikun was the manager of the ticket, and Fazeel Ahmad was the worker assigned to the order and began the service.


    September 1, 2024 - @Deletesys20 asked to log into the account, Fazeel Ahmad informed the buyer that his family member was on @Deletesys20's account.

    September 28, 2024 - @Deletesys20 purchased an ironman account from @Okamikun for $275.


    November 5, 2024 - @Deletesys20 purchased services for his ironman account that he had purchased from @Okamikun on 9/28/24. Fazeel Ahmad was assigned to the order and began the order.


    November 12, 2024 - Fazeel Ahmad notified @Deletesys20 that the ironman account was locked. @Deletesys20 states the account was perm banned for 'Real World Trading - Gold Farming'.

    January 11, 2025 - The original account being serviced in the ticket was perm banned for 'Macroing Goldfarmer'.

    @Deletesys20 @Okamikun - can both of you review/confirm the timeline above, and answer the following:
    • It is unclear to me what the agreement was after the first account (ironman) was banned. Can you two elaborate on this?

    • @Deletesys20 in the private DM between you and Fazeel Ahmad on 9/1/24, he brought it to your attention that his family member was on your account. Did you make either @Okamikun or @Peanut Services's aware of this or ask Fazeel Ahmad why other people were on your account? If so, please provide proof of this conversation.
    • @Okamikun after the first account was banned, you stated several times that the only bans you were liable for and 100% refunded were botting bans. The second account's ban reason was due to 'Macroing Goldfarmer'. By definition, macroing is the use of third-party software or a macro to automate tasks, aka botting. Was there a conversation regarding this, and if not, why did you previously state you are liable and would 100% refund these types of bans, but have not done so here?
    • @Deletesys20 can you provide proof of the first account's ban with the name visible. Also, did you ever manually appeal this ban?

    Timeline looks correct to me.

    • It is unclear to me what the agreement was after the first account (ironman) was banned. Can you two elaborate on this?
    I tried to get a refund in the same was that I deposited and services that were due(Crypto) but they refused. I took 9 megascales instead as it was the quickest way of getting my value for money.

    I did not, at the time I never questioned it as it must have gone over my head as it was a long term service that I wasn't keeping tabs on. Okamikun has never made me aware that anyone external to Fazeel will be playing on my account.

    • I believe this ban to be the results of the client and not our worker as the screenshots provided by the worker do not match those of someone using a bot client as such I had this brought to sythe to make that decision. if it is found that our worker botted we will gladly refund any work that was botted, but would like to note that the original order was completed and the only remaining work is a $150 add on order. - Quote above from Okamikun
    Please don't be so naive to believe that bot clients do not have functions within them to make the UI look like runelite.
    Add on order? all services to the account was agreed within the first month of interactions and under the same ticket ID.

    I understand how this benefits you to look at it this way, but that is not the way business works. please look at it like this you hire someone for a 4 month job a month later you add on a 3 month job. then you expect them to wait 8 months for the payment of the first 4 month order even though it was completed 4 months before the end of the 2nd order.


    8/31 first order paid for.
    9/28 first payment made for the added smith wc farming and herb
    11/8 requested a refund of the slayer/quest cape order.
    11/10 $600 of $700 credit used on iron order $100 used on a 100% scaled cox.
    11/4-11/15 iron banned refunded iron order and account compensation for 9 scaled cox a $792 value at the listed price at the time of order.
    12/26 asked to vouch for first order worker requested payment for first order.
    1/11 acc ban in question.

    On the same principal if I had requested for you to do "lumbridge easy diary" for $1 for example, you would only be liable for the $1 as it was the last order I purchased? flawed logic.
    The account has never left your possession, direction or care during the whole ticket and all requests ascertained to the same worker/order ID.

    11/4-11/15 iron banned refunded iron order and account compensation for 9 scaled cox a $792 value at the listed price at the time of order. - This was not compensation this was a reutilisation of funds within your discord - imgur.com at no point is there any mention of compensation.

    if you or staff review messages from 11/12-11/15. It can be asserted that the 9 scaled cox provided was given to make you feel whole for the whole situation, as you made it clear you wanted at the start of the conversation. Keep in mind you refer to it as a $700 order which it was in fact a $600 order as you had already received the 1 scaled cox from the previous refund. We would also not be responsible for any refund of the account in the first place. To that end you received $192 in extra services you didn’t pay for if you want to look at it that way.
