When we discussed our business, we agreed that he would convert funds from PayPal to Bitcoin. However, he took advantage of the opportunity to gain a position in the platform. I had assigned him as a support staff member, giving him access to all the tickets in the server. Later, he proposed working with me, and I accepted since he placed a deposit to cover any potential losses from his side, making him fully responsible for his actions.

On the day before his last day on Discord, one of the workers was doing Infernal Cape services for a customer. When he realized I had gone to sleep, he took the opportunity to perform an Infernal Cape service using a bot to scam both my customers and his own. He actually went through with it, then proceeded to steal 30 million GP from one of the customers after completing a Fire Cape order.

That same day, one of my customers purchased a pure account and requested skilling, questing, Fire Cape, and Infernal Cape services. At that point, I started suspecting that he was using bots on customer accounts. When I messaged him privately to ask why his Discord was offline while the customer’s account was still active, he did not respond. The next morning, he finally replied. I asked if he had any obligations at his main job, and he confirmed that he was working. So, I asked him, “How are you doing quests and skilling while not being active on the account?” He kept making excuses, saying he had taken a short nap, done some work, and then left the account logged out.

I instructed him to log out and cancel the order, but he claimed he could not log out and that the account would automatically log out at 3 PM. At that point, I entered the customer’s ticket and conducted a thorough investigation, which led me to ban him from Discord. The final step to verify whether he was botting was to ask him to send screenshots of his RuneLite client and customer accounts after completing the Infernal Cape and other services.

When he returned home, the evidence he provided proved beyond doubt that he was using bots to generate illicit profits, which harmed both me and my customers. This is completely unacceptable on my platform. After confirming this, I banned him and lost all contact with him. I also took full responsibility for covering all accounts he had worked on, ensuring they remained safe from any potential bans. However, shortly after, one of my customers received a ban.

A few hours later, he messaged me saying that he had received a ban himself. At that moment, I reviewed everything—his payments, the order details, and his account—and he simply thanked me and left. Upon further investigation, I discovered that he had been purchasing bot services to generate money and deceive customers into believing they were receiving legitimate services. In reality, he was scamming them with fake work.

He also admitted in private conversations that he sold accounts for $100 to $125 to 145$, further proving his dishonesty. I do not know what his ultimate goal was, but he is the type of person who, if I had the authority within Sythe, I would have banned him permanently to prevent him from committing further crimes against others.
