If you're part of www.HackForums.net, then it's obvious you have hacking intentions. Why else would you be on a site like Hackforums?

All hacking based forums are used for... well...hacking.
    Which is illegal.

Nothing done on Sythe.org is illegal.

Selling RS/other game stuff is only against game rules, not illegal.

    Common sense.

Those sorts of assumptions will get you nowhere. What reason would they have to lie to us? Would they gain anything personally?

I have been inactive for a while. Could you properly explain what happened to him?

Did you even read the thread?

    Its personal opinion.

I mean, your intentions might be good and well; but if you're associated with hacking/keylogging and all the related things - its hard for staff / community members to beleive you wont instigate anything of that sort on Sythe.

Its more so just, they would rather be safe than sorry.

    I have.
If you're on hackforums posting about getting your Rat FUD or your Server Crypted, or keylogger, or posting in the hacking section, then yes. Ban.

I can understand if you're on there for the community (Everyone there is a asshole)

Well, this stuff could be easily framed. It's not reliable to ban people from this community for what they do at another one.

I'm sure their administrators would have no objections to confirming that account's IP addresses.

I know people will probably say my view is biased since I had a run with hackforums as most of you know but here is my opinion. Hackforums has a lot more to offer than just hacking or keylogging people. The market section actually has some really good ebooks and it's a great place for buying traffic or what ever else you need. The site also has lots of sections like gfx and computer programming that don't don't involve hacking. Also there is a white hat section there which is designed to help people get rid of viruses and help users. There are lots of good reasons to be there besides hacking. I think currently the rule is that your only going to get banned if your interested in the black hat material over there which I find perfectly reasonable but you can't say that just because your a member it means you want to keylogg and hack people.

I just joined there. It's a huge forum.

Do you assume I have intentions for hacking now?

There are many subforums including COD and cs1.6

Yes I did look for some sort of hack or exploit but for that game. If your going to have a baised view against their users you might as well ban many of sythe members. I've been fucked by a few viruses and I'm gonna ask for ways how these viruses are hidden and shit.

That would only work but you have to confirm that you make an account. So to frame a member you will have to keylog them first to get their email access, and if they find out that has happened would they not post on sythe that their email has been hacked?

Sorry for double post, on iPhone.

They weren't able to get an IP check with the person that framed me, though the case was that I had enough information to prove myself worthy of an unban. It wasn't much of a coincidence that I was framed after I get a certain member banned for the interest of hacking.

Framing is way too easy to happen. I can go on HF and say I'm stuffs, and just post my MSN and ask for hacking tools.

As for IP checks, they're not super lenient with them, but if they believe the case is right I think they'd let you give them their IP and they'll see if it matches up.

How can you deem it a "illegal community" when you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

    You must be braindead.
I come from hackforums and I guarantee you that I've never broken the law.

Hacking is learning. It's not credit card theft, it's just learning.

Obviously nobody here has the definition straight.

Apparently you did not, because your first post made you look like an idiot. The answer to why people would be a member of HackForums has been made evident by several other members. HF has tons of other things to offer than just hacking. And about the community being "assholes", there's a lot of people who would say the same thing about Sythe.org. Don't judge something you've never been a part of.

I'm sure their administrators would have objections (in most cases) to releasing any information about their own users. HF would be hurting their own member base. Why in the hell would they sacrifice their numbers just so Sythe.org can ban some people from their own forum?

They are not banning for being apart of other communities. They are banning because they either scammed in the other communities or are phishing and or hacking, And other stupid stuff like that.

Of course they wouldn't. The administrators we have here are administrators for a reason. If I handed the HF admins a list of IPs to match up, I'm sure they'd do it.

ScammersAreDumb: Do you really think the admins at HF are so selfish that they wouldn't cooperate with a, "Can you confirm or deny a cross-reference of this user with these IPs?" request? There isnt any sensitive inforation being released; they would just be confirming or denying something. I'm almost positive they would be cooperative, since we here would do th same for them. If a person is convicted of scamming in trades here and they wanted to check if he's at HF, I wouldn't hesitate to confirm or deny a similar request. HF staff don't seem to be overly arrogant or stuck up, as far as I can tell.
