I practically stake for a living on a level 70, so don't come in here and act like a pro staker saying the account would suck.

 

Yes, yes it would, until your 1 pray and mage account gets barraged (you can at that level) or even blitzed (even more common). Then you're gone.

Well, imagine a level 65 with a mithril scimitar. But it still may be interesting. Just give it a try.

 

Expensive.... I'd prefer the more generic all rounder with mage/range/str and 60 attack, like most accounts that level are. But if you have the money, go for it, I would if I had a few bil.

2. your loot from other lvl 60s/70s will only be like idk 20k or something? i never pure pked but from what i see you never get good loot
3. overall would be a waste of time. without no prayer

 

I forgot to mention that this is supposed to be a staker lol.

Stakes would be prayer, magic, specs off, big stakes, like nothing under 10m.

Also, I could have 80 mage + range at this level anyways.

I really don't think this would take TOO much starting cash, the corrupt is about 15m, and I would probably make that back in 2 stakes, i doubt with it taking more than 2 minutes for each.

Seems like with corrupt statius / vesta you'd do pretty well at the duel arena

 

for a level 70 that account would beast in full armor fights but potentially it could back fire if other person is a balanced or similar stats as you and most people I find who fight in armor have 1/ 99/ 80 and high hp, i've seen a few staking full armor with torva, I prefer maxed boxing though

 

you could have the same account with the same stats PLUS level 99 magic

so, be gimped or get that too

I once saw a 62 or something with 99 str 20 attack 20 defense 43 prayer, didn't know what his HP was, probably in the 80s who could hit like 620 with full vesta + fire cape and possibly zerker ring (i)?.. imo thats even more rape.

 

To be honest for staking it would be horrid, but amazing for pking.

OP you seem to be a veteran staker so you should ask yourself the same question everyone has to when they come up with the idea for a new staker. Will people my level stake me with the rules I want?

I don't think many people in the 60s would stake armour on and if they did it would probably be because they always have 20 def.

I'd say forget about the defense and just get your name to look similar to someone with like 60att and str, or whatever is close to your cb level

As a staker, I think this would do very good.
Maybe scrap the 20 defense and stay 1.
Then just do no armor scim only.
It's a popular stake for "scim only" so it's not like i'd be hard to find a fight.

 

I dont see much people staking melle spec off in the 55-65 catagory. I did see a guy a week ago with a 20/99/1 build that was pretty rape. He actually funned me with cvls.. He musta made a bunch of money if he was down to do that lol.. I wouldn't get 20 def for the statious try 20/99/1 first. The account would rape you could 3 or 4 hit kids who are sw prods with low hp. I wouldn't mind fighting with you when you don cause im basically the same build but with 40attack instead of 20
