Hello sythe! Today I'm going to enlighten you how to get a spending limit of $4000 on PayPal within minutes! I hope you enjoy my guide!

First off, go to www.paypal.com



Second off, click "Sign Up".

Third, instead of clicking United States as your country or whatever country you are in, click "Canada".



Then, click "Get Started" under the "Premier" option

and moving on, Fill out the form, use this address "10868 brentwood cr" no quotes, use this postal code "N8R2H8" no quotes, use this city "Windsor" no quotes, use this province "Ontario" no quotes, and use this phone number "(519)-969-9666" no quotes.



click "Agree and Create Account".

Then click "Go to My Account".



Then click "Send Money". You will notice the limit is usually around 3000$ to 4000$​

@OP: Try showing the sending limit in USD, as that's the currency most people use.

Yes naturally you would use an alias of some sort as you must be making up some kind of address if you don't live in Canada. You could also just use a common name like John Smith.

 

I suggest no one use this if you don't live in Canada. You will get limited very soon until you provide proof of address and link your bank account/credit card.
