    [Paypal] Unauthorized claim

So, recently (~10 days ago) one of my customers filled Unauthorized claim for the payment he made for my services.
I was just wondering, how long it is usually after Paypal resolves the chargeback and refunds me the money / passes them to the buyer?
If anyone of you has own experience, I'd love to hear.

Depending on the strength of the evidence against either of you, your looking at about 14 days. Make sure you upload as much evidence as you can even if you think it might not help.

btw I got charge backed three times and won

May I know how you did that? What kind of evidence did you took? It'll be great if you can teach us :D...As most of the chargebacks favour the scammers

Hey is Mail from custoemr using paypal email and MSN chat logs enough?

I have him stated that it is for Virtual goods / Intangible items and I also had him stated that he is using his own paypal account for transactions :)

    will that be enough?

Unfortunately, there's no way to avoid chargebacks...

Best is to talk to the person for a few minutes, analyze his behavior, if you aren't sure, make him send you an e-mail from the matching paypal email.

    Don't take gifts.

It's rather simple just upload proof of transaction, take screenshots of EVERYTHING, if you think paypal likes to be used for fraud your wrong, they hate it. I win by telling them it's fraud versus me and I run a legitimate paypal account and they see that. Best bet is to upload as much proof in the way of screenshots and describe the transaction. You can also link them your vouches to show that it was a multi-site transaction which further proves he was in control of his account. Him leaving a note stating his paypal name helps like a signature and just be polite and ask them to get authorities involved and to forward the information you submit to the bank/cc company of his. That's all I did nothing special enough to write a guide about just follow those basics.

Read above, I'm glad to share any information that can help the community. I hate chargebacks and never fell victim to them yet even the most sophisticated ones, just get as much proof during and after a transacation as you can. Whether or not your covered for seller protection does not matter if the guys Frauding paypal let them know.

Don't ask me if that will be enough, just send it ALL upload it all and hope for the best like I said that's all you can really do. Just keep massive amounts of screenies and describe them to paypal.
Gifts are ok, but too many gifts over a certain percentage will get you flagged. Anyone suspicious activity you should quickly back out even if you stand to gain 500 off it, know who you are dealing with and get all necessary proofs of transaction completed, even of him stating on msn "thanks gold recieved - [Real name here]" and even on Runescape say his name "gold delivered to [his real name]"

Anyone working against your pre-cautions is a scammer a legit buyer/seller understands all precautions don't get pressured into getting scammed.
