    Explanation of the trade: Got some services off him that he did not complete and has not refunded me the money
    How they scammed: Started service, exceeded his given ETA multiple times, did not send the money back as he promised

    Then he told me he'd pay me extra for the wait, but all I want is my money, I didn't want any extra: Gyazo , Gyazo
    Last time I asked for the money and no reply since: Gyazo

    @Daniel Alfredo Veloz it appears to have been quite some time since you agreed to refund the uncompleted services, and your Terms of Service state that a refund will be issued in the event that you are unable to complete any services.

    1. Do you have any update on the status of the refund?
    2. Have you calculated a value for the remaining uncompleted services?

    You have been issued a DNT until this can be resolved.

    I have issued @Daniel Alfredo Veloz a 3 month ban for scamming along with a DNT. He will need to address the remaining amount to be refunded in a pardon, should he wish to pay the debt and request a pardon to return to the market.
