best str pure?

hey guys, hows it goin? i recently got back into runescape and was wondering what defence i should have with a str pure? should i go up to 5 defence for steel or stay at bronze?

 

if f2p

45 atk for granite 2h
max str
1 def, use iron. screw bronze

if p2p

60 atk
max str
1 def

use claws/drag scim/ddp++

Quest 45def for barrow gloves + Zerker = beast str gear and do lunars and go own

If you want to make a pure, go for attack 40, def 1 and str as high as possible. Also, high ranged is an advantage.
