Okay, here is the concept: 4 - 5 glass domes under the water.

Dome 1: Largest dome, main home.
Dome 2: 2nd Largest dome, tree farm.
Dome 3: Wheat/Reed/Cactus farm, small manor house.
Dome 4: Storage, blacksmith, bakery, etc.
Dome 5: Bio dome (or no dome at all)

I am looking for someone to possibly help me design this, or if anyone knows any good software or anything to design such a building. Any help would be appreciated.

Alright, is it a multiplayer server? or just SP?

 

SP, MP lags too bad and I am on 56k dial up so... yeah...

 

Damn, well you can use www.mcschematics.com for alot of stuff.
You can easily transfer creations over to your SP map with MCEdit.
Also, use INVEdit for fast access to all block types.

 

I am going to do this honest, maybe... Unless I get too frustrated. haha

The layouts, I need some inputs, some ideas, and things like that. Just throw out some ideas, or some layouts, I just want to bounce some ideas around.

 

Youtube: Minecraft Atlantis, and checkout that site i told you about, you can see other people's designs and take the ideas.
Make an entrance through a moonpool perhaps?

Have you ever made anything huge?

 

Yeah, made quite a number of large projects. Villas, a Cacti farm, Mobspawner/grinder, etc

 

I had a huge cacti farm on my hell map. (I edited it so that all but 4 blocks of water was lava.)
