what to alch?

i got no clue.. im f2p and idk what to alch at all.

I dont wanna lose too much money but in the end i dont mind losing 10m or so..

try gold amulets probably the best to alch, which buys in large bulks, or try weapons like mith swords/ adamant swords but they don't buy in big bulks
