every been hacked

anyone been hacked on rs before and lost alot. I got hacked today lost 10mil but oh well i got to earn it back

My friend and I used to hack each others accounts back and forth ages ago. Never been hacked before and lost a lot of money however.

 

I lost 200m and the did the delight of getting my pure 18 defence

 

Lost 2 santas an a green h'ween to some idiot at school like in 2004..

My friend had his account taken after like 3 years of using it, then the guy he got it off got it back with the old passwords ect. He was gutted.

 

It is called being dumb, not hacked.

 

That sucks man. Just rebuild. If you know how to stake, than do that, just be careful that you dont get addicted to it.

Just make sure you dont fall for phishing sites - [email protected] regarding any bans/mutes they are phishing sites. stay away, jagex never emails u

 

I was hacked back in '04 with a santa on it by my cousin, then he sold the account to some kid at his school. Managed to recover the account back last year with bugger all stuff left on it.

 

I have been hacked once and I lost about 20m. It's not that much but it just kinda sucks getting hacked, just the feeling of someone just messing around on your account, possibly destroying it if it was a pure.

 

got hacked once by some idiot in 2002, the account literally had nothing, I let him keep the account for a month, he trained it to 82 strength, nice guy and then I took it back the moron added 10mil, and got me 15 strength levels ,

By the way it was the good old "RS Police" scam lol, back when people actually fell for it, o yea the guy called me an ass hole when I took it back and I happily thanked him lol

 

Got keylogged by a "friend" a while back, for a blue h'ween etc.

 

I've been hacked once, lost full bandos, 50m cash, they dropped torso/void/firecape. >.>

 

No I can honestly say I have never been hacked. It's way too easy to prevent.

In my opinion only dumb people get hacked. But of course there are exceptions.

 

I was hacked once in 2007 for 20m... Mind you that was when 20m was a large sum. My friends computer had a keylogger on it and I unfortunately played on it;(. Lost a full set of Guthans :"(

But then again, I have billions now so, I guess i sprang back.

 

Lmao. The easiest way to prevent being hacked : bank pin. Before you log off, just bank EVERYTHING. (set the bank pin delete to 7 days, incase if you cant recover account). I cant tell you even the amount of people I see playing in libraries, WITHOUT bank pins. All youve gotta do is keylog the cpu, and youll make a billion in an hour lmao.

Lost ~375M on one account before, think it was a trade i tried doing over fagex back when the site was there and i used it. Also back when i was an idiot and auto went first to most people.

 

I make sure I don't visit any unknown sites/downloads. Never been hacked in all of the 5 years I've played runescape
