Which Would be Better?

Im looking to make a staker. Which would be better -
70/30/75 (whip, dfs, full torag) - with 70ish hp would be 68 comb, with 99 hp 76 comb
70/40/75 (whip, dfs, full torag) - with 70ish hp would be 72 comb, with 99 hp 79 comb

Please keep in mind the comb levels. I realize that 70/40/75 with 99 hp is strongest, but it also has highest combat.

 

Id say get 70/30/75 as you wont need strength in a duel anyways if they cant hit you, you have plenty of time to kill, plus the lower combat will be a higher chance your opponent will have a high enough attack to hit you anyways.

The option two, with str 40, I'd say.

 

Well, as for right now I am getting 70/30/75, but I can always train more str after that. I just cant get negative str. so if it doesnt work out I will train more

 

option 2 is my account, (71 constitution). I'd have to say that's better, because almost everyone else you face has 70/40/75 or 70/something/70, and you won't get any duels unless you go against those ones who will have better strength, so you might as well get it up. Range is also important unless you fight with range off, however verac's could be more effective in that scenario.
