What small/cheap item should I alch? Tips please

Hey guys, I've started do some alching and I need to alch 15k. What should I alch which brings a steady profit or that don't lose much?

I dont want this item to cost a lot and I only have like 5m to play with and I really want to alch everything a once.

Fire runes 5gp ea at most, and you only lose the costs of fire runes and nature runes.

I've gotten 99 mage alching mind runes. It was horrible.

The best things to alch are pouches (I.E. wartortise pouch)

3. 15k alchs * 170gp = 2,55m - That's not that big of a loss.

 

Yew Longbows in my opinion.

 

Maple longbow (u), rune arrows or gold bars is what I usually alch...

I got 120k Nats, what should i alch? Shhould i just follow websites to see whats profitable cause i doubt i can alch more then 2k a day idk?

Although you can 'afford' it, and so can most people here, it's just an unneeded waste of GP. GP = $$$

If you google something like 'runescape alch profit tables' or something, you'll find sites that show you which things to alch are profitable. Although most of the time they are stuff you can't buy bulk.

I've heard rune arrows are good, and Yew longbows.

 

Battlestaves are almost always profitable.

i used maple longbows (u) although you do lose 60gp per alch but half of the time, they sell for a lot less so if you manage to buy them cheaply, you could only be losing around 40gp or you could fletch them (and train your fletching at the same time) OR woodcut them and then fletch them (and train your wc and fletch at the sametime) although it would take some time so i don't recommend it.
