Scam Report on Jarno429.

Briefly explain the trade: I bought the rights to sell Jarno's Verified guide for $110.
How they scammed: He is still selling the guide. Ugh.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: He edited his thread to include my information. (pic below)

*He recently changed the font that I bought his guide from Huge, to extremely small and easy to pass over* I would like my money back, I paid paypal gift.
*****EDIT, he has (within the hour) sent me another pm asking if I want to buy his guide, and has bumped his thread******

As far as I know of, he is still allowed to sell the guide. Re-sell rights just mean you can sell it in addition to him selling it...

I'll let another mod post his consent or dissent before this gets closed. (Please note the odd accounts on his IP and see if it warrants a ban as well.)

 

He said he would close his thread "so there is no competition"
If I thought I would have to fight him, I would not have bought it.

 

It looks like he told you it was for sale for 1 week.

 

That was a different question. I asked him if he would assist me if I had any questions, or if I needed help with anything, and he said he would for 1 week.

It had nothing to do with the competition aspect.

The way I'm leaning is that he implied he was going to stop selling by saying he was leaving and adding Confuzzled's thread link to his thread.

I'd like to see action taken against the user, as in my opinion, he should no longer be selling the guide.

 

I did some more digging with the odd account match on his IP, and I banned that account for malicious links. This means jarno is a ban evader.
