Eldorado Issues Resolution Thread

Even paypal has a timeline of I think 180 days before funds are released for situations like this. Is that not the case for eleodrado? I can understand why you would not want him to operate on your website anymore but if the money is not being kept for damages it should be released eventually to him.

That's is right, we have deducted the funds from LootBox for an order, where LootBox have been ignoring buyer's issue since December 6th > which we have refunded on December 26th. We've given more than enough time to resolve the issue, but sadly, you have not responded nor fixed the issue on the order.
We are keeping the funds secure, in case such things happen again.
Since we know it happened once already, failed verification multiple times, we have to make sure our website is secure.

 

Hey Eldorado or anyone who possibly could provide an answers.

I have sold 1000s of accounts on your site and I'm grateful for that but recently I have been facing a dilemma with scammers. Its a bit rare maybe 1-3 every 500 accounts but I think I have made it worst for myself/a target as I was replacing accounts to save myself the time/trouble and out of good faith. But also cause it doesn't really cost to much for me to give them an extra account.

But my problem is iv recently been investigating the buyers who are doing this to me as it was starting to feel like I was in some kind of loop and it turned out it these buyers just kept buying and saying that same things. They buy, change the details and say account isn't working and I was just giving them a new account every single time, for some it was there 3rd time! I also talked to other sellers in the same niche and they had some of the same issue.

I want to know how I can protect myself, I asked on site support and they said to do manual delivery which I would not be able to handle. I really dont know what I can do as I provide all my accounts with full access. I don't want to support there behavior as it gives them a reason to keep going + I lose my time spent dealing with them.
