    Question of PA

I was just thinking about something I guess, so here it is.

Isn't it entirely possible to to sell someone gold, and they can simply claim they never received it? In that instance wouldn't PA send the money back to the buyer (and he would have the scammed gp as well)?

In that case, would some pics in game showing the buyer's name accepting the gold be sufficient to get the funds sent to you, regardless of what the buyer claims, or is it possible to be screwed out of your money?

    Question of PA

As long as you have the required screenshots as listed in the handbook, you will not be scammed.

    Question of PA

Been in a mess when a buyer disputed on PA, claiming it wasn't given. Showed PA the proof of him accepting, then me accepting afterwards showing it was all given. I ended up winning. Yes, you can be scammed with PA, but if your too lazy to take the precautions, your the only one to be blamed.

    Question of PA

If you spend the time reading the the instructions and following them properly, nothing bad will probaly happen to you. Even if theres a dispute it'll just take some time to clear before the money eventually comes to you.

They have a set of guides for sellers to read. I think all your questions are basically answered there.
