    i need some more rsgp and my paypal spending limit is at 0 so i made a canadian paypal and that has a spending limit of 3700, but i have a green dot card which you use to upload money to paypal. but for canada paypal they dont have the greendot option so heres my plan
    i will pay somone to add my green dot card to their paypal and then have them send me the money to my canadian paypal so then i can have my money and no spending limits

    is there any problems with this?

    There is no issue with this as far as I see. I would personally use an OMM or someone you trust with the card.

    No, but you still run the risk of being limited if they think your account is suspicious. Since it's a fake account, you'll be screwed.
