    Briefly explain the trade:4m RSGP for $3 Paypal [Orignally 8m for $6 but I convinced him to do 50/50.

    How they scammed:After I gave him the 4M RSGP he blocked me

    2.50 GBP = $4 USD

    Prove that isnt the payment he sent you, or prove that it was by someone else.

    he was supposed to send me $3 but i can get proof.

    Also that £2.50 was sent yesterday, the transaction took place today.

    Considering andrewjconners lives in the USA, I'm going to assume that payment wasn't him.

    If it was, a very easy dispute showing his paypal name will get him unbanned.
