Staff feedback - Scam reports

99% of the problem lies with people unable to follow simple instructions/stickies and post a report with sufficient proof and in the correct format.

If those people took 2 minutes to read, it would save a lot of time and actually get reports done faster. Unfortunately, the idiocy of people today is worse than ever.
