    Why do you think a TwC is needed?
    I was middlemanning this trade, The seller assured me it would pass a recovery test so I did it, during our chat the seller gave me all the information I required and later openly said he recovered the account to delete the recoveries on it so he said it would pass.

    This is actually pretty common. Recovery tests are horrible.
