C.luke scammer report (account recovery)

Hello.
I'll start by saying that this may be an effort in vain, however, I will attempt this anyways.

So, I'm posting this for my real-life friend person_676 because he is not familiar with reporting scammers.

Briefly explain the trade : Person_676 bought a 127 maxed meele off of C.luke for 90$, RsProd MM'd the trade.

How they scammed : Recovered the account later on.

I personally sent C.Luke an email on monday asking him if he could help recover the account with no response yet activity on his account:



Person_676 contacting C.Luke asking for help recovering the stolen account:



^ Notice how he makes groundless statements and tries to make it seem like the account is locked, when person_676 clearly said that is was recovered, not locked, after being so keen to help out when it was locked earlier.

Further proof of purchase (The email in the paypal transaction is not the same as C.Lukes "One and only email" which is fishy, so heres more proof of purchase



Initial contact between person_676 and C.luke:



One thing you should take note of is how willing he is to help return the account initially, however, later on he is aggressive about such matters and that to me suggests that he has the account back in his possession and was trying to blow off person_676 by making him feel stupid. He does claim to have gotten rid of the account information, but if he was the owner of the account he should be able to successfully recover it regardless. However, he did not say that he was original owner, which also could suggest that he was selling a stolen account.
