NewCumming-possible scammer report

AS OF RIGHT NOW: HE'S GOTTEN OF MSN. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED WHAT I PAID FOR

Briefly explain the trade: He would license transfer to me, a DLC from his xbox. Basically, he gives me his xbox account access, i get on, go to download history from his account, then download the DLC i paid for to my xbox.
How they scammed:i sent him the money, he sent me the login info of an account that DIDNT have the DLC i paid for on it.
