    hey support I didn't scam i was training on the account last time I also bought the membership on his account and nearly done 2 orders for him without but today when we are going to start the work as regular we are unable to login as we told the customer but unable to get login I thought he changed the password because he was mad that I took 12 days because customer wish to play only 12 hours in a day. Today i was unable to login the account and also i didn't know it was unregistered email. if i was then why i would ask him to did he changed the password

    2. Were there any terms of service agreed to for this service?
    3. Did you notify @OsrsServices001 that the account did not have a registered email before the start of the service?

    I created no terms , also I did not disclose that it was unregistered but that is completely irrelevant

    If you had discussed this with him prior to the start of the service and agreed upon what would happen in the event that led to this report it would absolutely be relevant.

    From the lack of response to the first question I'm assuming you purchased the account from someone at some point as well which could also mean that a third party had the account information. However, regardless if this is true or not, there is not enough proof here to determine who registered the email on the account and changed the password. I'm going to close this report, but if you come across any additional evidence that could assist here please feel free to report this post.
