@Keith It's not possible to create a ticket when someone is blocked from the Discord server. Despite being blocked by you, I've made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by creating tickets, but unfortunately, none of them were addressed. Additionally, I've sent messages to your Discord ID, which also went unanswered. I've attached evidence of my efforts below @Bert

To add to the case, immediately when our new server was launched this user changed his Discord name in efforts to regain access to the worker role, knowing he was removed as a worker 1.5 months prior, before the server nuke. I can bet that his intentions were to manipulate us and try to sabotage us once again.

Proof of him on October 29th, 2024 (1.5 months after his rank removal) saying he was a worker and paid $160. ((5TH OPENED TICKET ON THE NEW SERVER.))

Honestly, I'm not trying to manipulate anything. I just want my role back, which is why I'm asking you again to reinstate me as a worker or return my deposited security, as clearly shown in our chats. If you have any evidence of me manipulating or doing something wrong, I'm happy to see it.

I'd like to point out that my ban was from your old Discord server, not the new one. As a result, I was able to create a ticket on the new server to appeal my job role removal and seek a resolution.

 

After a discussion with other staff members we have come to a conclusion based off the fact that it is necessary for service providers to keep clear records of a demotion, especially when it comes to one where a deposit is involved.

Besides keeping records, it would have really helped your case if you were just able to post a scam report at the time of the demotion/firing occuring so even if there is a discord nuke or any other issues of that sort there would be a record and evidence on Sythe to fall back to. @Keith
