Guessing since you can buy them from NPC stores + the fact that when you die PKing now you can pick em up, has caused a saturation of dragon daggers in the market.

Well, it's simple. They are no longer valuable because they are no longer needed, resulting in a ginormous surplus in supply which drives the prices down.
As more and more weapons get introduced, the older common weapons will lose their value. Soon the whip will be 500k.

They were 15k each I remember, maybe a few weeks ago, recently, they are 23k now, but I've managed to sell like 20 pairs for like 25k each, probably on the rise?

It's probably more to do with the fact that monsters now drop dragon daggers.

 

I think it's just a matter of time before the whip will go up again. But yeah, even d scim is like 80k now. And it used to be over 150k back in the "old wildy" days.

 

whip used to be 30mil when it first came out i traded 2 purple hats and 2mil for one :/ was such good training tho undernearth legends guild with a whip.
